Frequently Asked Questions
What hours is the building open/unlocked?
The building will be open and unlocked Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 5:30PM
Will the office be open on the weekends?
The office doors will be locked on the weekends, but you will still be able to access the building using your security codes. Please note that our Community Manager will not be in the office to assist with technical issues or meeting room set-up, so plan accordingly. Feel free to use the coffee machine on your own if you need some!
What if I need to access my office after-hours?
You will be able to access your office 24/7 via your security code. You will need to input your code to enter the lobby and again to use the elevator. All of the building’s systems will still be operational should you need them, and our security system operates 24/7 as well so you can feel secure.
Which parts of the building am I allowed to use?
Other than the other private offices, you are welcome to utilize all the various open-seating and collaborative spaces here at Business E Suites! To use one of our meeting rooms you simply need to reserve your time slot via the Member Portal. Please be respectful of other members and take any phone calls in an area that won’t interrupt their work.
What are my meeting room credits worth?
- Smaller Meeting Rooms are 50 credits per hour. (Mustang, Hawker & Sikorsky)
- Larger Meeting/Conference Rooms are 100 credits per hour. (Falcon, Gulfstream & King Air)
- You can reserve a meeting space by the ½ hour, hour, ½ day, or full-day.
- You can purchase additional credits through your member portal, they do NOT expire.
Do I need to set up my internet and utilities?
No, one of the best features of Business E Suites is that we handle all your internet and utility services for you at no additional cost! If you would like to upgrade your internet speed or add additional features, we have options.
Do I need to bring my own furniture?
No, we provide office furniture for your use. 1 desk and 1 chair are included complimentary with each office, and you can rent additional pieces of furniture from us if needed. You are also more than welcome to bring your own furniture.
Does Business E Suites require a deposit?
All private and shared offices require a deposit of 1 Month’s rent. This amount may vary under certain circumstances and is refundable upon move-out if you follow the guidelines stated in your license agreement.
Can I put up a sign for my company?
Yes, we offer signage on the exterior of the building as well as Digital Ad space on the LED board of our Marquee. There will be fees for set up and monthly signage.
Can I list my business on Google?
Yes, all office rentals come with a Google listing which we will help you set up and manage. This helps improve your digital presence and allows customers to find you easier as well as leave reviews for your business. Some of our Coworking and Virtual Office memberships also include Google Listing. If you do not currently have a Google listing and would like to add one or set it up, please contact our Community Manager for assistance.
